Entry Options & Costs

Entry Options 2015:

The Alpine Challenge 2015 takes place from the 9th to 13th September 2015.

Early Bird entry to the Alpine Challenge 2015 opens on Wednesday 24 September 2014 at 14:00 (BST). Early Bird entries must be paid for in full at registration.

More places will then be made available on Thursday 25 September at 14:00 (BST). These places can be paid for in full or in instalments (deposit of €500 at entry followed by 7 equal monthly payments on the 25th of each month from November 2014 to June 2015, with no payment in December).

All rider packages, with the exception of Entry Only, include breakfast and dinner (excluding dinner on Stage 2). Flights are not included.

All payments will be made at the Euro Price. All sterling prices are indicative.

A. Les Trésoms Lake & Spa Resport

A 4 star luxury hotel and spa with amazing lake views and easy access to the old town and HotChillee start/finish village. The top tier package. For more information on the hotel, spa and facilities click here.

Option A1 Prestige - Luxury double room with balcony & lake view. Single Occupancy.  £2,640 / €3,300

Option A2 Prestige - Luxury twin room with balcony & lake view.  £1,920 / €2,400 each

Option A3 Prestige - Luxury double room with balcony & lake view, sharing with non ride partner.  £2,920 / €3,650

B. 3-star hotel offering studio apartments with kitchenette

3-star Hotel located near the heart of the pretty old town and 15 minutes walk from the lake and HotChillee start/finish village. These studios are spacious and offer excellent facilities with a small kichenette and desk area.

Option B1 - Double room, single occupancy.  SOLD OUT

Option B2 - Twin Studio (double bed and single bed) sharing with another rider.  £1,479 / €1,849 each

Option B3 - Double room, sharing with non ride partner.  £1,745 / €2,095


C. 3-star hotel close to old town

3-star Hotel located close to the heart of the town center and 15 minutes walk from the HotChillee start/finish village, old town and lake.

Option C1 - Single room, Single Occupancy.  £1,735 / €2,165

Option C2 - Twin room sharing with another rider.  SOLD OUT

Option C3 - Double room, sharing with non-riding partner.  £1,960 / €2,450

 


D. 2-star hotel in heart of old town

A lovely 2-star Hotel in an exceptional location in the heart of the historic old town and within easy access to the HotChillee start/finish village and lake.

Option D1 - Single Room, Single Occupancy.  £1,620 / €1,975

Option D2 - Twin Room, sharing with another rider.  SOLD OUT

Option D3 - Double Room, sharing with non ride partner.  £1,840 / €2,295


E. Entry Only (i.e. no accommodation or airport/hotel transfers)

If you wish to organise your own accommodation and meals this package will suit you.  You will be responsible for arranging your airport transportation, accommodation, breakfast and evening meals.  The package does include the finale celebrations and BBQ presentation and dinner on Saturday evening.  £995 / €1,245

Payment Options:

Payment in full

Deposit of €500 followed by 7 equal monthly instalments from November 2014 to June 2015 (not including December).

Stage 2 (11th September 2015)

      • Evening at leisure - riders enjoy going out to enjoy the beautiful old town
