Entry Options & Costs

Entry Options 2016:

All rider packages, with the exception of Entry Only, include 4 nights accommodation, airport transfers, breakfast and dinner (excluding dinner on Stage 2). Flights are not included.

A. L'Imperial Hotel 

A 4 star luxury hotel and spa with amazing lake views and easy access to the HotChillee start/finish village. The top tier package. For more information on the hotel, spa and facilities click here.

Option A1 - Double room (single occupancy) - £2,495
Option A2 - Twin room (sharing with another rider) - £1,845
Option A3 -Double room (sharing with non riding partner) - £2,649

B. 4-star studio apartments with kitchenette (including breakfast)

4-star apartment hotel located near the heart of the pretty old town and 15 minutes walk from the lake and HotChillee Event Village. These studios are spacious with partition screen and offer excellent facilities with a small kichenette and desk area.

Option B1 - Double room (single occupancy) - SOLD OUT
Option B2 - Twin Studio (sharing with another rider) - £1,550
Option B3 - Double room (sharing with non ride partner) - £1,995
Option B4 - Family room (based on two adults and two children sharing) - £1,995*

*Evening meals not included (except finishers BBQ on Saturday evening)

C. 3-star hotel in heart of old town

A lovely 3-star Hotel in an exceptional location in the heart of the historic old town and within easy access to the HotChillee start/finish village and lake.

Option C1 - Single Room (single occupancy) - £1,825
Option C2 - Twin Room (sharing with another rider) - SOLD OUT
Option C3 - Double Room (sharing with non riding partner) - £1,980

D. Entry Only (i.e. no accommodation or airport/hotel transfers)

If you wish to organise your own accommodation and meals this package will suit you.  You will be responsible for arranging your airport transportation, accommodation, breakfast and evening meals.  The package does include the finale celebrations and BBQ presentation - £999.

 Payment Options:

  • Payment in full
  • Deposit of £500 followed by 4 equal monthly instalments (instalment amount dependent on package)
  • "Entry Only" deposit of £400 followed by 4 equal monthly instalments of £124.75

  • Transport from Geneva airport (bike included) at fixed times.

Prologue & Stage 1 (2 June 2016)

  • Accommodation

Stage 2 (3 June 2016)

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch (during Stage)
  • Evening at leisure - riders enjoy going out to enjoy the beautiful old town

Rest Day (5 June 2016)

Alpine Challenge 2015 final results

Tuesday 15th September 2015

This past weekend riders from 10 nations completed the 6th edition of the HotChillee Alpine Challenge. Riders took on many of the Tour de France classic climbs including the now notorious Semnoz, Col des Aravis, Col de L'Epine, Col le Marais and culminating on the tough Col de la Croix Fry for the final stage.
